What is the return policy?

Return Policy

Due to the artistic and exclusive nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns based on personal preference, change of mind, or minor color variations.

Returns will only be processed in the following cases:

Shipping damage
Incorrect item received
Manufacturing defect

Claim Timeframe

Damage or incorrect item claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims submitted after this period cannot be processed, as carriers do not accept late reports.

Required Documentation

To process a claim, customers must provide:

Photos of the outer packaging
Photos of the inner packaging
Photos of the damage on the artwork
Photo of the shipping label
Order number

Claims without full documentation cannot be processed.

Are any purchases final sale?

When will I get my order?

Delivery times depend on the type of artwork you purchased:

Hand‑Painted Originals

These pieces are already finished and in our inventory.
They typically ship within 2–4 business days, plus the carrier’s transit time.

Original Fine Art

These artworks are produced on demand and require additional preparation and framing.
Because each piece is made especially for you, the estimated total delivery time is:

8–15 business days within the United States
12–20 business days for international orders

This includes production, handling, framing, and shipping.

Limited Edition Fine Art

These editions are already in inventory and ready to ship.
They usually leave our studio within 2–4 business days, plus transit time.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping carrier.
Once your artwork ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your order.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our artwork is produced through a combination of in‑studio creation and trusted professional fine‑art partners.
Hand‑painted pieces and limited edition works are created and prepared in our studio in the United States.
Original Fine Art prints are produced by a certified fine‑art printing lab to ensure museum‑quality materials and color accuracy, and then finished and framed in our studio before shipping.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, the size of the artwork, and the type of piece you are purchasing.
The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

For international orders, additional customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
